We are an appointment only salon and all Guests are encouraged to pre-book in advance with our Associates. Some Guests may be required to leave a deposit for extensive appointments that are 2+ hours. Please fill out the Appointment Request Form below, OR reach us at 215-755-6500 and leave a detailed voicemail of your service request(s).
Please be mindful of other guests, as well as our Associates' time. We have a 15-minute grace period for lateness from the start of scheduled appointments. All guests will be asked to reschedule service(s) after the 15-minute grace period.
We require a 24 hour Cancellation Notice prior to the scheduled appointment date and time. Otherwise, guests may be asked to leave a Deposit before booking the next appointment.
Cancellations or lateness's will result in a Deposit for all future appointment requests. All Deposits are Non-Refundable and will be applied to service(s), unless forfeited by less than 24 hour cancellation period, and/or past our 15-minute late grace period, of the scheduled appointment date and time.
We accept all major credit cards. Gratuity cannot be added onto credit card transactions.
